Refund and Returns Policy

We aim to provide high-quality products. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

Return Eligibility

You may return items within 14 days of delivery, as per the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original packaging

  • In resellable condition

  • Should have all tags/ labels intact

Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Underwear or hygiene-related items

  • Customised or personalised products

  • Gift cards

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace or refund these items, upon proper review, at no extra cost.

Refund Process

Once the return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds may take 7 to 10 working days to appear in your account

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty

  • We recommend using tracked shipping

Exchange Policy

Exchanges depend on stock availability. If unavailable, a refund will be processed instead, after successful return of the item.
